Where Telvory is ahead

  • Arabic and English on every screen — technician console, customer join page, portal and admin — right to left.
  • Servers, database and relay in Dubai, close to customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Recording, audit log, consent register and custom roles in every plan, not only the top tier.
  • Monthly billing in Saudi riyals, with no yearly commitment on our published plans.
  • A help desk built in: tickets, portal, knowledge base, web forms and satisfaction surveys.

Where they are ahead today

  • Certifications: all three hold ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and Zoho also holds a Saudi NCA certification. We hold none yet.
  • Hosting inside Saudi Arabia: Zoho Assist runs a Saudi data centre. Ours is in the UAE.
  • More platforms: they see and control macOS, Linux and mobile devices. We control Windows; our Linux agent has no screen sharing, and we have no macOS or mobile agent.
  • Windows administrator (UAC) prompts: they can control them. We can't yet.
  • A smaller first download for the customer: our helper is larger than theirs.
  • Broad public APIs and ready-made integrations with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Teams and Slack.
  • Automatic session summaries (Zoho's Zia, TeamViewer's session insights).
