Questions and answers

Straight answers to what buyers ask us most.

Does my customer need to install anything?

No installation and no admin rights. For view and control they run a small one-time helper that removes itself when the session ends. If they can't run it, they can share their screen straight from the browser, view-only. Unattended machines are different: they have the Telvory agent installed once.

Where is my data stored?

The servers, database, relay and session recordings are in Dubai (Microsoft Azure, UAE North). File contents are never stored by Telvory. Transactional email and platform secrets are handled in Europe. The security page explains where each kind of data lives.

Does Telvory meet Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law?

We built Telvory with the PDPL in mind — consent records, an audit trail, retention rules for each kind of data, erasure requests and a breach register — but no regulator or auditor has assessed us, so we don't call it compliant. Whether your use meets the law also depends on how you use it.

Are Telvory's servers in Saudi Arabia?

No. Our servers are in the UAE, in Dubai. If you need hosting inside the Kingdom, tell us — we'd rather know than guess.

Can I deploy the agent with Intune or Group Policy?

Yes. There is a 64-bit MSI package that installs silently and takes your enrolment token as a property — for Group Policy, Intune, Configuration Manager and golden images.

Which computers can I support?

64-bit Windows 7 SP1 to Windows 11 (ARM64 runs it under emulation). The Linux agent enrols and runs diagnostics but does not share its screen, and we have no macOS or mobile agent yet. Customers on a phone can join a session and share their camera.

Does the person at an unattended machine approve each session?

Not by default. Consent is recorded once, at install. After that a technician can connect without anyone at the desk — or you can set a policy that asks them first, and require a fresh MFA check with Secure Connect.

How do I pay?

Plans are monthly, in Saudi riyals, with no yearly commitment, and every paid plan comes with a VAT invoice. Choose a plan on the Pricing page or talk to us, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Do you issue tax invoices?

Yes. Invoices show 15% VAT and carry the ZATCA QR code for simplified tax invoices (phase 1).

What happens to session recordings?

Recording is off unless your policy allows it, and the customer must agree each time. Recordings are made in the technician's browser, stored encrypted in Dubai (Azure UAE North), and kept for the retention period you set, from 1 to 90 days.

Do you guarantee uptime?

Not yet. Telvory runs in a single Azure region today and we don't offer a contractual uptime commitment. Talk to us if you need one.
